my story

From curiosity to integration: my path to online therapy

I was an intellectually curious teenager. In university, alongside psychology, I explored sociological and philosophical topics, being active as a student representative and in general politics. In the late 1990s I focused on systemic psychology as the most promising approach to psychology, which led to my first work experiences as a management consultant.

I dedicated the following years to Buddhism and meditation. In total, I spent more than two years in monasteries and meditation centers around the world, developing a deep understanding of meditation and its limits – both theoretical and practical.

Since then, I have been developing my unique approach of Insight and Integration Therapy (IIT) which guides my clients through the complexity of the mind, of relationships, and of contemporary life.
